Savoir

My insides are to sweet

You wonder how I taste

(I do)

Savoir!

How bad do you want to taste

(Let me sink my teeth deep)

Go ahead and break my skin!

(O darling, you taste like I knew you would)

Savoir!

Come in for another bite

Feel your jaw knolling at my flesh

(O, yes!)

Never forget

How I taste

Carry me

Pour running water to clean my open wounds

(Let us lay)

Bring me closer to you

So that I may heal

Subtle Words

Refined

Are our bodies, sometimes vain

Thoughts that set us apart, individually

All our insides are more pretty

Showing what are true colors can be

Peeling back layers of the flesh

Will lead us deeper into one another

True beauty, pour into me

Everlasting breath, we need no toxic fumes to fill our lungs full

Allow our hearts to filter out the worst

It won’t stop there!

Why do you hold your head down so low?

Stop to look at the sky above, traveling overhead

Tracks you’ve made in the dirt, will never change

Until you begin to chase more than after your dreams

Somebody esle may have felt the same pain you’ve been through

Refined

Leave all worries behind

Recieve the free healing that’s been given to you…..

Endure what lies ahead

As rust decays, so will you

What you leave behind, make it your legacy
